Welcome to The EPS Forum online registration system!
The Organising Committee and the Programme Committee of the 2024 EPS Forum are pleased to welcome you in Berlin for two days of exchanges with top-level industrial partners and the best European researchers in physics on a wide variety of scientific themes.
The EPS Forum will be held in person from 8.30 a.m. to 7 p.m. on March 25 - 27, 2024.
Accommodation: Young participants (YM Presidents or section Representatives, PhDs and postdocs) who do not live in Berlin region can request, when registering, to benefit from free accommodation, breakfast included, up to 3 nights, from the 24th to the 27th of March 2024. EPS booked rooms in limited number (100 beds) at A&O BERLIN MITTE and ENJOY HOSTEL in Berlin. See Venue page (https://epsforum.org/venue/). Please, if you wish to take advantage of this opportunity, fill in the registration boxes: "Registration + accommodation request".
The EPS will also support a few senior physicists working in countries helping our Ukrainian colleagues. Of course Ukrainian physicists are invited to apply as well.
Cancellation: cancellation of your participation is possible, and free if notification is sent in due time (deadline 1st of March 2024).
Registration for the different activities (conferences and round tables) is exclusively reserved for people registered for the event.
